Dmitry Frank 23122b327c Remove old docs, rename docs_new to docs 
It would be probably good idea to also remove tools/docgen.py and
asciidoc.mk, but asciidoc.mk is still mentioned under `cloud/doc`, which
may contain some useful info which we'll need at least to review before
removing.

mg_enable_multithreading() mg_enable_multithreading func void mg_enable_multithreading(struct mg_connection *nc);

Enable multi-threaded handling for the given listening connection nc. For each accepted connection, Mongoose will create a separate thread and run event handler in that thread. Thus, if an event hanler is doing a blocking call or some long computation, that will not slow down other connections.
