Dmitry Frank 23122b327c Remove old docs, rename docs_new to docs 
It would be probably good idea to also remove tools/docgen.py and
asciidoc.mk, but asciidoc.mk is still mentioned under `cloud/doc`, which
may contain some useful info which we'll need at least to review before
removing.

mg_mgr_poll() mg_mgr_poll func time_t mg_mgr_poll(struct mg_mgr *, int milli);

This function performs the actual IO, and must be called in a loop (an event loop). Returns the current timestamp. milli is the maximum number of milliseconds to sleep. mg_mgr_poll() checks all connection for IO readiness. If at least one of the connections is IO-ready, mg_mgr_poll() triggers respective event handlers and returns.
