There were two issues with the iOS implementation of CrashpadClient which I reported in https://crbug.com/crashpad/481: 1) TSAN found a data race in ResetForTesting() when it modified the ScopedMachReceiveRight while the Mach exception port thread was reading it 2) The Mach port connected to the exception server was never deallocated This CL fixes both issues.
