fix: Use user/repo/branch format
...
CodeChecker v6.18.0 contains a strange behaviour where `:` in
`CodeChecker cmd diff` is understood as the "run tag" separator in
names. Until the feature to **escape** `:` in names is implemented in a
release, use a different format.
