Paul Thiele 6737d50933 Problem: if ZMQ_XPUB_VERBOSER is used with proxies unsubscribe messages are lost
Solution: add socket option ZMQ_XSUB_VERBOSE_UNSUBSCRIBE to forward all unsubscribe messages
