Ivan Pechorin 9b58372a38 Fix compilation using MSVC 2008: its <algorithm> defines wrong min/max without NOMINMAX
Visual Studio 2008 compiler defines min/max as macros in its <algorithm> even if <windows.h> is not included at all. This patch defines NOMINMAX to remove these macros and fix compilation on Visual Studio 2008.

Welcome
-------

The 0MQ lightweight messaging kernel is a library which extends the
standard socket interfaces with features traditionally provided by
specialised messaging middleware products. 0MQ sockets provide an
abstraction of asynchronous message queues, multiple messaging patterns,
message filtering (subscriptions), seamless access to multiple transport
protocols and more.

Building and installation
-------------------------

See the INSTALL file included with the distribution.
