Martin Lucina 3b3df731e6 configure.in: Extract API version from zmq.h
* Added a version.sh and relevant changes to configure.in to extract the API
version from zmq.h at the time autogen.sh is run.
* Moved the version macros to be next to zmq_version in zmq.h and improved
  the comments.
* Modified ZMQ_MAKE_VERSION to use (x) instead of plain x when expanding
  macro parameters.

Welcome
-------

The 0MQ lightweight messaging kernel is a library which extends the
standard socket interfaces with features traditionally provided by
specialised messaging middleware products. 0MQ sockets provide an
abstraction of asynchronous message queues, multiple messaging patterns,
message filtering (subscriptions), seamless access to multiple transport
protocols and more.
