.SH DESCRIPTION
Deallocates message
.IR msg
including any associated buffers (unless the buffer is
shared with another message). Not calling this function can result in
memory leaks.
.SH RETURN VALUE
In case of success the function returns zero. Otherwise it returns -1 and
sets
.IR errno
to the appropriate value.
