5c4219b8ae Update version in dox
We should automate this, but for now we can at least update:

    make -f dev.makefile update-version
    make -f dev.makefile dox
    # Then, go to jsoncpp-doc repo, add, and push.

88184d142b run valgrind in Travis CI
Because this runs apt-get, it will not work as-is for OSX. So when
we have OSX in Travis, we will have to wrap this somehow. See #250.

Closes #222.

6c898441e3 test-amalgamate
Not tested via Travis (since this is outside cmake), but at least
we can more easily validate changes to `amalgamate.py`.

d2fa664a12 makefile for simple testing
This is hard to use within Travis-ci.com because that uses
build variants.
