DumpWithoutCrashAndDeferProcessingAtPath(path) generate an intermediate dump that can only be processed if ProcessIntermediateDump(file) is called. This means the client retains ownership of cleaning up the intermediate dump if for whatever reason it is no longer needed. This is useful for Chromium hang reports, which are speculatively generated during a hang, but are later deleted if a hang recovers or if the hang leads to an actual crash.
