With use_boringssl_for_http_transport_socket set, this also works on Linux, however the bots fail during run lacking libcrypto.so.1.1. So, not enabled on Linux until that's figured out. (Includes https://github.com/yhirose/cpp-httplib/pull/70, until it lands and I'll do a full roll of cpp-httplib then.)
