Ben Hamilton ed8cfeb2cd [snapshot] Add support for thread names
This CL adds a new method ThreadSnapshot::ThreadName(), implements
it in each snapshot implementation, and adds tests for iOS, macOS,
Linux, Windows, and Fuchsia.
