Joshua Peraza e97cf7b29c update gyp_crashpad_android.py ...

This patch updates gyp_crashpad_android.py to function with NDK r20,
removes the requirement to generate a standalone toolchain, and updates
documentation on building for Android.

Also some gyp build fixes.
