Nick Maniscalco aabc485b64 fuchsia: Use ZX_TIME_INFINITE instead of UINT64_MAX
In the future, Zircon's time types will change from unsigned to
signed. Use ZX_TIME_INFINITE instead of UINT64_MAX when
zx_nanosleep'ing.
