Djordje Golubovic cb41ba7471 Added MIPS support to crashpad.
Modified gyp/gn files to support MIPS targets.

Implemented thread_info, cpu_context, signal context classes for MIPS target.

Addressed MIPS specific signal ordering.

Added "MIPS Technologies, Inc." to AUTHORS file.
