Update ProcessMemoryLinux to be constructed from PtraceConnection instead of being Initialize()d with a pid_t. This allows consolidating PtraceClient's BrokeredMemory with ProcessMemoryLinux and providing the PtraceConnection as a alternative to the memory file (previously only done for brokered connections).
