StartHandler() binds to the default job's exception port, and launches the handler process (normally this is crashpad_handler), passing it the task handle and a handle to the exception port as startup parameters. This follows the protocol used by crashlogger. Additionally, implement ExceptionHandlerServer in crashpad_handler, which contains the exception processing loop. It currently dispatches to an empty CrashReportExceptionHandler where a report will be written eventually.
