A previous change added a ProcessMemorySanitized class, in this change plumb support for ProcessMemorySanitized into ProcessSnapshotSanitized. This involves reading whitelisted regions using the a new field in the SanitizationInformation struct and returning an initialized ProcessMemorySanitized object from ProcessSnapshotSanitized::Memory().
