The try and catch macros were conditionally defined by libstdc++ pre-gcc 4.4 (2009-04-21), fixed in https://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=25191. Surely none of this code would build with such an old libstdc++ any more, since Crashpas has adopted modern C++ (C++11 and later). Remove this obsolete nod to history.
