2bb6f068a8 Fix off-by-one error in ModuleSnapshotMinidump DebugFileName.
Strings in minidumps are typically NUL-terminated
(https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/win32/api/minidumpapiset/ns-minidumpapiset-minidump_string).
But the CodeViewRecord types do not use MINDIUMP_STRINGs, and do not
have a separate length field for the pdb_name. Instead, the strings are
always NUL-terminated, with the length derived from the
MINIDUMP_LOCATION_DESCRIPTOR::DataSize field. The writer is correctly
NUL-terminating the debug filename, but ModuleSnapshotMinidump is
off-by-one and including the NUL-terminator.

032f1aecc2 Include-what-you-use related to logging.h
Add direct includes for things provided transitively by logging.h
(or by other headers including logging.h).

This is in preparation for cleaning up unnecessary includes of
logging.h in header files (so if something depends on logging.h,
it needs include it explicitly), and for when Chromium's logging.h
no longer includes check.h, check_op.h, and notreached.h.

DEPS is also updated to roll mini_chromium to ae14a14ab4 which
includes these new header files.

5f77cf41b6 Add CodeViewRecordBuildId
Until now we've been stuffing ELF debug symbol link information into a
CodeViewPDB70. This has reached the limits of its usefulness. We now add
a CodeViewRecord that can contain a proper ELF build ID.

b88fde0b56 Add the AnnotationSnapshot object and attach it to ModuleSnapshot.
The AnnotationSnapshot is the handler-side of the Annotation object,
which will store the annotation data when read by a ProcessReader.

445c0eae7c snapshot: Add a minimal ModuleSnapshotMinidump and accessor from
ProcessSnapshotMinidump.

ModuleSnapshotMinidump is currently only capable of reading module
annotations, in both vector and simple-dictionary forms. It does not
read any other module information from minidump files. These annotations
are all that are necessary to be able to upload Crashpad-produced
minidumps to Breakpad crash processor servers, because Breakpad accepts
them as HTTP POST parameters, while Crashpad places them in the minidump
file itself.
