Scott Graham	b43858c990	fuchsia: Start of ModuleSnapshot and ProcessReader implementations ... Adds beginning ProcessReader implementation for Fuchsia which currently only reads modules from the target process. ModuleSnapshotFuchsia implemented enough to pull out CrashpadInfo, which in turn is passed through ProcessSnapshotFuchsia, which is enough to get CrashpadInfoClientOptions.OneModule to pass.
