f42a579b8c Add ProcessSnapshotMinidump::CustomMinidumpStreams()
Add a method to ProcessSnapshotMinidump to expose a similar interface
to ModuleSnapshot::CustomMinidumpStreams(). It's implemented on the
process snapshot here because there is no way to map custom minidump
streams back to a specific module. This allows implementing tests that
inspect custom user streams in minidumps.

d1e6a2130d android/linux: add a client interface to control sanitization

a42b5269b4 Add ProcessSnapshotSanitized
A ProcessSnapshotSanitized enables filtering possibly sensitive
information from a snapshot.

WebView has different privacy constraints than Chrome and needs to
avoid collecting data in annotations or from stack memory that may
contain PII. This CL enables:

1. Filtering annotations by name using a whitelist.
2. Filtering for crashes which reference a particular module.
3. Redacting non-essential information from stack memory.

This CL does not provide a client interface to enable sanitization.

2290a826af Pull (most) platform-specific MemorySnapshots out
Pulls the concrete non-test implementations of MemorySnapshot out into a
template. They were effectively identical on Mac and Linux/Android, and
I was going to have to add another identical one for Fuchsia.
Unfortunately it needs to be a template because of the snapshot merging
template it calls that needs the platform-specific ProcessReader (so it
can't just pass in a base ProcessMemory in initialization instead).

This is used on Mac, Linux, Android, and Fuchsia, but there is still a
Windows implementation (different because its ProcessReader is a bit
different) and a test implementation.

9b6c69cbb5 Coalesce memory ranges
Follows https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/374019/.

Causes MinidumpMemoryListWriter to merge all overlapping ranges before
writing the MINIDUMP_MEMORY_LIST. This is:

1) Necessary for the Google internal crash processor, which in some
cases attempts to read the raw memory (displaying ASAN red zones),
and aborts if there are any overlapping ranges in the minidump on
   load;

2) Necessary for new-ish versions of windbg (see bug 216 below). It is
believed that this is a change in behavior in the tool that made
   dumps with overlapping ranges unreadable;

3) More efficient. The .dmp for crashy_program goes from 306K to 140K
with this enabled. In Chrome minidumps where
set_gather_indirectly_referenced_memory() is used (in practice this
means Chrome Windows Beta, Dev, and Canary), the savings are expected
   to be substantial.

f37b382687 linux/android: Reenable util test, and enable snapshot test
107fb7631788 added the snapshot library as a dependency of
crashpad_util_test. Most of snapshot has not yet been ported to Linux or
Android. snapshot/capture_memory.cc only supports x86 and x86_64, and
will #error on other CPUs. We don’t build for other CPUs on Mac or
Windows, but we do for Android.

To make it easy to run crashpad_util_test on non-x86 again,
conditionally remove capture_memory.cc on Linux and Android.

crashpad_snapshot_test can be enabled for Linux and Android too by
disabling the CrashpadInfoClientOptions tests which require OS support.
There’s not much left in crashpad_snapshot_test currently for Linux
except for CPUContextX86 and ProcessSnapshotMinidump.EmptyFile, but both
pass.

made me start to question the value avoiding MinidumpWriteDump. But
this seems to extract most of the data we need (I haven't pulled
the cpu context yet, but I hope that won't be too hard.)

69d135acda win: make CrashpadInfo retrievable
The main goal was to get the beginnings of module iteration and retrieval
of CrashpadInfo in snapshot. The main change for that is to move
crashpad_info_client_options[_test] down out of mac/.

This also requires adding some of the supporting code of snapshot in
ProcessReaderWin, ProcessSnapshotWin, and ModuleSnapshotWin. These are
partially copied from Mac or stubbed out with lots of TODO annotations.
This is a bit unfortunate, but seemed like the most productive way to
make progress incrementally. That is, it's mostly placeholder at the
moment, but hopefully has the right shape for things to come.

9e79ea1da7 Split *_test.gyp from *.gyp.
In a future change, crashpad_util_test_lib will gain a dependency on
crashpad_client. This would violate GYP’s prohibition on circular
dependencies between .gyp files, although there would be no circular
relationship between the targets themselves. To overcome this problem,
all test-related targets are moved into their own first-class .gyp
files.

5d0a133ecd Tolerate weird cl_kernels modules.
cl_kernels modules (OpenCL kernels) are not structured as correct Mach-O
images on Mac OS X 10.10, but they’re present frequently enough that
it’s worth detecting and tolerating their quirks.

9b7ff0ea5a Allow exception forwarding to the system’s native crash reporter to be
disabled.

ClientInfo::set_system_crash_reporter_forwarding() can be used to
disable forwarding. The first module that is found with a non-default
value in this field will dictate whether forwarding is enabled or
disabled. It is possible to enable or disable reporting with this call,
as well as reset it to default, which will allow later modules a chance
to influence the behavior.

ClientInfo::set_crashpad_handler_behavior() is also provided, which can
be used to disable Crashpad’s handling of the exception. Most users
should not call this, but should use Settings::SetUploadsEnabled()
instead.

b665a0db07 Allow Crashpad to build in the Chromium tree.
When building in the Chromium tree, this swaps out Crashpad’s copies of
mini_chromium, gtest, and gmock for the equivalents provided by
Chromium. A GYP variable, crashpad_in_chromium, is used to determine the
behavior.

gclient doesn’t sync sub-DEPS, so when doing an in-Chromium build,
Crashpad’s copies of mini_chromium, gtest, and gmock are not available.

b256df0534 Set target_name on many targets to use a crashpad_ prefix.
In Chromium, many targets are built, sharing a single output directory.
Collisions are likely. When integrating Crashpad into Chromium, the
ui/snapshot library and Crashpad’s snapshot library were found to
conflict.

This change gives most Crashpad targets a “crashpad_” prefix to avoid
conflicts. All library and test targets are given a target_name with
this prefix. Existing tools are not likely to conflict with anything
else and are not given a prefix.

b770a51f2b Set the chromium_code GYP variable.
When building in the Chromium tree, chromium_code is necessary to apply
Chromium’s build/filename_rules.gypi. Crashpad’s build depends on these
rules. chromium_code also enables a high warning level, which is
desirable for Crashpad.

445c0eae7c snapshot: Add a minimal ModuleSnapshotMinidump and accessor from
ProcessSnapshotMinidump.

ModuleSnapshotMinidump is currently only capable of reading module
annotations, in both vector and simple-dictionary forms. It does not
read any other module information from minidump files. These annotations
are all that are necessary to be able to upload Crashpad-produced
minidumps to Breakpad crash processor servers, because Breakpad accepts
them as HTTP POST parameters, while Crashpad places them in the minidump
file itself.
